These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BreakIntoCR website, courses, and related services. By purchasing or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms.
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the course tier you selected. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the course platform remains operational. We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time — updates are included at no additional cost for your purchased tier.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Course access is for your personal, individual use only. Sharing login credentials, course materials, templates, or downloadable resources with others is prohibited.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. All purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email us at support@breakintoclinicalresearch.com and we will process a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
If your purchase includes 1:1 coaching sessions, these must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase. Sessions that are not scheduled within this window may be forfeited. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows without advance notice will count as a used session.
All course content, including videos, templates, documents, scripts, and written materials, is the intellectual property of BreakIntoCR. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any course materials without written permission. Personal use only.
Our course provides educational information about careers in clinical research. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to job placement, salary levels, visa approval, certification pass rates, or career advancement. Results depend on individual effort, qualifications, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreakIntoCR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our courses or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
